Manchester United Goalkeeper Shirts For Sale

Over the years Manchester United have had some iconic goalkeepers in some iconic shirts. The Umbro 1990s period with Peter Schmeichel was one of the best.

MUFC Goalkeeper Shirts

The 1990s was the peak time for jazzy goalkeeper shirts. These were bold designs and almost all clubs had outrageous shirts. In the 2000s United keeper shirts fell more inline with the outfield player shirts and some had matching templates from the Nike era.

The more modern Adidas keeper shirts are much plainer and follow Adidas goalkeeper shirt templates. This isn't a great look in my opinion seeing multiple teams' goalkeepers in the same design just with a different badge. I'd love to see Adidas and Manchester United do some modern reworks of the classic goalkeeper shirts, although most of them were designed by Umbro!
