You may wonder how much a verified match-worn Ronaldo Manchester United would cost, well wonder no more! I've been through the verified sites to find the top sales of Ronaldo match-worn shirts.
These are shirts that have been donated to companies to be sold off for charities rather than ones fans claim to have received. This means they are verified as match worn, come with a certificate of authenticity and have the match details with them.
£36,942 - V Tottenham, 30th October 2021
This is the long sleeve home shirt worn by Ronaldo and has the Premier League patches as well as the no room for racism patches as worn in this match -
The shirt is numbered in sizes as player issue shirts are and this is his usual size 6 for Adidas shirts. The shirt was sold to raise money for the Royal British Legion and was signed by Ronaldo on the front.
In the space of 2 days, the bidding went from £423 to £25341. The bid came in from around the world with interest from the UK, Germany, Canada, Croatia, USA and China. The eventual winning bid of £36,942 was enough to secure the shirt from a Chinese bidder.
This shirt is of extra interest to bidders as Ronaldo scored in it in a 3-0 win over Spurs. He also picked up an assist for Cavani in the second half.
All the team's shirts from this match were auctioned with Ronaldo gaining over £30,000 more than the new highest price, £5214 for Marcus Rashford's shirt. The cheapest match worn shirt you could have had was Arron Wan-Bissaka at £2,138.
The sale also included match issued shorts for players who did not play. The highest of these was Jadon Sancho for £1,883. The lowest was reserve goalkeeper, Lee Grant, Shirt which sold for £603.

£27,362 v Manchester City 6th November 2021
It was a surprise to see a shirt from the Manchester derby at a lower price than a match v Spurs until I noticed one detail - This shirt was washed after the game. Maybe washing the shirt makes it worth nearly £10,000 less!
This shirt was sold off for the Royal British Legion as were a large number of shirts from Premier League teams over this weekend. As well as the standard Premier League badges and "no room for racism" patch it also has a poppy on the front. It was also signed by Ronaldo on the front, top left.
The bidding for this shirt ran for almost a month with a £77 bid from Japan kicking things off on the 6th of November. By the 8th with had hit £15,184 with the winning bidder at that time coming from Brazil.
After this, it was a straight fight between 3 bidders to get the shirt. Two bidders from China and one from the USA. In the last hour of the auction, the bidding went from £20,520 to the final £27,362 across 8 bids with the US bidder going against the Chinese bidder.
This was a generally uninspiring game between Manchester United and Ronaldo and finished with a 2-0 defeat. Ronaldo had one shot on goal of note which was saved by Ederson and then another player scuffed the rebound wide.

£25,796 v Brighton 7th May 2022
After the way the Brighton match went it is no surprise to see this as the lowest price sale of his United return. The shirt was signed on the number 7. This shirt was auctioned off with the rest of the squads shirts and the money went to Unicef, who are a United charity partner.
Manchester United lost this match 4-0. It was one of the worst performance from a United team that I have ever seen!
The winner of the auction was from France. They joined the bidding with 20 minutes to go at just under £20,000.
This does go to show that the better the result in a match the more Ronaldo's shirts are worth!
