How much is delivery?

UK shipping is from £3.99 and is calculated at the checkout.

We do not ship internationally.

Please note if you order clothing with a mug or coaster you will be charged additional postage costs as clothing items are shipped separately from mugs and coasters.

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Once your order isdispatached you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details to the address provided at checkout. Please check your junk mail if this does not appear in your inbox.

I have given an incorrect address, can I change this?

We can't accept responsibility for incorrect addresses.  If your order has not shipped please let us know asap via email.  

How long until my order is shipped?

We aim to ship orders within 3-5 working days, all items are made to order so can take up to working days to be produced and shipped. 

Please note that we work with different suppliers to produce and ship our products so certain items will be shipped separately. As a guide, full price clothing items will be shipped together, mugs and coasters will be shipped together, prints will be shipped together and sale items will be shipped together. However, if for example you purchase a tee and a mug, you will receive your order in two separate parcels.

We ask for your patience at times, such as around public holidays or during sale when the volume of orders significantly increases.  

My order hasn't arrived?

If your order has not arrived please e-mail to let us know and we will happily look in to this for you. Please make sure you have also checked with neighbours and in your 'safe' place.

If your parcel tracking states the order has been delivered, we have to accept this as final and can not take responsibility for any missing item claims thereafter. 

How do I arrange a return or exchange?

To exchange or return an item please follow the instructions below:

1. You must first contact us contact@footballdevotion.com with your details including your name and order number.
2. We will acknowledge your request and forward you details of the next steps.
3. Return the item/s as soon as possible. We must receive the item/s within 14 days.  The items are your responsibility until they are delivered to us, so it is important that you retain proof of postage. You are responsible for return shipping costs, this is non refundable. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us. 

You have 14 days from the date you received your order to inform us that you would like to return your item(s) for an exchange or refund. If 14 days have passed we cannot accept a return or exchange request. Please note sale items are not eligible for an exchange. Gift cards and personalised designs are exempt and non refundable.

After you have informed us that you would like to return or exchange your order, you have 14 days from the date we acknowledge your request to return the item(s) to the address provided by us. If the item(s) are returned after the 14 day period has elapsed then the items will no longer be eligible for an exchange or refund. The item(s) will then be returned to you, please note you will be responsible for the return postage costs.
