Condition Details: The shirt is match-worn from the 6-3 defeat to Manchester City. The game was played on December 14, 2013. Mertersacker was captain for the game and scored late on to make it 5-3 before the final goal when in.

Shirt details: The shirt features the player's issue details, including larger-sized print and patches, as well as an internal printed wash label. It also has holes in the side, which is correct for player-issue shirts. 

Match Worn: The shirt is still dirty, although it appears to have had a light wash. The marks on the shirt, sleeve cuff especially, photo match Mertersackers' shirt at the end of the game.
