Printing Instructions

If you are applying at home, we recommend using a professional clam shell heat press, and using the below settings:

Temperature: 170 Degrees C

Time: 25 Seconds

Firmness: Medium-Firm (Press should require a decent amount of strength to open and close)

Peel: This item does not require to be peeled as there is no backing to it.

 Official player size item., made to the same specification as the players use  

Add an optional Premier League Sleeve Badge and No Room For Racism Badge.

We can also apply these items for you.

 

Letter Height: 50mm (Player) 

Number Height: 230mm (Player) 

Premier League Badge: 80mm Diameter

No Room For Racism Badge: Height: 30mm Width: 80mm

 

Application

Temperature: 145 Degrees C

Time: 15 Seconds

Pressure: Medium - Firm

Peel: Peel immediately and should come off with no resistance.

If plastic shields do not come off then repeat process with more heat or pressure.
