Returns Policy – Casual Football Shirts

We want you to love your purchase from Casual Football Shirts, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns:

UK Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for UK customers. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed.

  • Please include your order number and reason for return in the parcel.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

International Returns

We only accept international returns if the item is faulty or defective upon arrival. If this applies to you, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including photos of the issue.

How to Return an Item

  1. Repack your item securely.

  2. Include a note with your order number and reason for return.

  3. Contact us for the return address

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
