Shirts are in great Condition with good variety, I do hope there’s a better way of contacting regarding dispatch, tried to get in touch but never got a reply. Other than that I’m happy with with the outcome will be buying from here again👍 Also Appreciate the extra tops Top Notch😁

Andy - You've sent over 100 abusive messages to me, MAINLY IN ALL CAPS. You've repeatedly called me a c***. You've threatened to end my business and, somewhat ironically, report me to the police. I have responded to your message within my customer service timescales - I will NOT answer the phone to abusive customers. The delivery failed and was returned to the seller. You were advised to wait for this to get a refund - instead, you opened a chargeback case with the bank for your money back, which tied my hands as I have to wait for the outcome of that. During this time, you carried on sending abusive messages and leaving negative feedback. I have followed the correct processes for your order issue, and I have been calm and polite to you throughout the whole process.

Haven't received them after 2 weeks when they were due within 1 week the latest. Informed the seller via and he really isn't bothered, no interest in helping just says he has the same tracking information as me, no attempt to find out any more. Very poor service and will certainly not be using them again.
Hi Josh, I have responded to every message you have sent to me. I responded within one working day as per our customer service targets. Your first message was sent at 10.57 in the evening - I replied at 7.18 am the next day. I have apologised for the inconvenience on at least 2 occasions. I have chased it with Royal Mail, but I am unable to get any further tracking information. I have to wait before issuing a refund, even though the parcel appears to have been lost. As soon as that is confirmed, I will issue you a full refund. Delivery of the parcel is not something I am in control of. To say I'm not bothered, and this is poor service, is completely unfair based on the message we have exchanged.
