Shirt Details: The shirt has come to me as a match worn against Everton on the 21st of March 2009. The shirt has been washed since as there are no marks on it. Crouch played in the long sleeve in the match but had the sleeve pushed up. He scored in the game. The shirt has a COA from matchwornshirts that specifies it is match-worn, it does not include the match, however.
Player Issue Details: Original Oki-sponsored Canterbury shirt, correct Premier League sleeve patches and name and number print. The shirt's details are printed on the front. correct for a player-issued shirt.
